Reliable and consistent is what I will always be. I understand the need to be open, honest and conversant with my clients and to treat people as they would like to be treated themselves.
Educate and inform is what I will always do for my clients. I have worked in the industry for over 15 years. I am formally trained as an accountant, financial planner and a teacher of financial services. As part of my continual professional development I am involved with many industry associations and keep up to date with new products in the marketplace.
Friendliness and openness is an essential aspect of an ongoing relationship. This is what I strive for in my day to day life and with every person that I come in contact with.
Unbiased advice not skewed to my own interests. I use all sources of available information and liaise with my clients in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for not only the present, but also the future.

As a borrower, an investor and a business owner myself I understand the emotions, concerns and questions that go hand in hand with each of these.
