I am Gerard, and I own and manage the Refund Home Loan franchise that looks after the Parkdale to Bonbeach area (see above for all the suburbs).
My family has lived in the Kingston area since 1996 (but I have been associated with the area from 1982) and so I am familiar with our different suburbs and demographics. Having bought and sold two homes I am also familiar with how little knowledge some real estate agents and lenders will offer their customers.
