I have lived and worked in the Werribee/Hoppers Crossing area since 1995. I have gained extensive experience in financial services management, loans assessment & financial analysis from my all-embracing services with a leading finance institution, before setting up my own franchise Refund Home Loans Mortgage Broker. I have had the pleasure of providing finance and insurance solutions to hundreds and thousands of clients by providing exemplary customer service and liaison. I am excited to operate as a mortgage broker in the territory of Werribee in Victoria due to the expected growth of the area and the satisfaction gained by assisting beneficial solutions to all, and especially first home owners. The mortgage market has expanded and changed rapidly in the past five years allowing expanding avenues for many applicants to successfully become homeowners, when a few years ago there were considerably more restrictions of applicability. In addition, I attend monthly training with the lenders in my panel with topics including economic updates, new products, varied policies and specialist lending, eg. non-conforming clients.
