Can you deal with my own bank?Yes, if they are on our panel, and most are. We may be able to achieve a better result on your behalf + we will do all the negotiations and legwork for you.
If we choose to borrow from another bank, do we have to change all our banking over to them?
No. A home loan is just like any other product purchase that you are paying off. The repayments will just be a monthly (or fortnightly /weekly) direct debit from your own bank account.
