My Name is Kevin George.
My Wife Bridgette and I own and operate Refund Home Loans in Robina, Clear Island Waters and Merrimac areas of the Gold Coast.
A bit about ourselves
We came to be Mortgage Brokers as a result of our own necessity, and the request of our friends and family.
You see, for many years we’ve invested in real estate and have found it to be a terrific long-term investment.
As a result of becoming fairly successful at doing so, we would often be asked to show others:
- how we have achieved the results we have.
- how owning a home can assist in fixing a few credit card or personal loan problems.
- how to get a better deal than their own bank was offering.
These continuous requests with our family and friends led us to look into either becoming Real Estate Agents or Mortgage Brokers.
The choice was quite simple really.
Finding real estate to buy is easy, with or without an agent. Finding suitable finance isn’t, and this was the problem we found our friends were having.
So the search for a capable, practical, ethical and rewarding Mortgage Broking model began.
Like all things, there were many to investigate. Following months of research we decided that Refund Home Loans were the one for us.
Ironically, Refund were the first company we researched, and in our minds, none of the others even came close.
So here we are, happily helping our friends and family secure finance to buy their dream home, and help fix the financial problems that just seem to catch up over the years.
We enjoy helping others so much, we’ve both given up good long term careers to do so.
