He helped us with buying our first home and I cannot speak highly enough of him. Any queries we had or if we were a bit unsure about some paper work, Otto was always happy, friendly and very helpful to us. Even if he found some of my questions silly he never let on and was professional through the whole stressful process.
We had a pushy, harassing Real Estate lady who upset the sellers of the house, us and harassed Otto and he did extremely well dealing with her.
